The Chevrolet Corvette is America’s sports car, but it’s also the only car in the world that is both a sports car and a muscle car. This car came to our shop after another shop had hacked it to death.

Red Line is in charge of making the car run the way that is is supposed to. The owner of the car bought a new engine compartment wiring harness which the other shop promptly cut it up, telling the owner that they couldn’t make the new harness work.

But the hacking of a beautiful American icon didn’t stop there, during the wiring process they wired the ignition spark module backwards and blew it out also, not to mention the brakes.

They just blew off hooking up the emergency brakes on the car, this is a matter of safety, and should never happen. In all my years of dealing with cars I have never seen anybody hack up a Corvette the way that they did this one, and I hope to never see it again.

This is the rear disc brake rotor after we re-hooked the e-brake cable that the last shop left undone.
