Should I restore a classic car, or have a shop do it for me? The answer all depends on a few things; do your have the time is the biggest question. These projects take a lot of time and effort, if you don’t have time to spend on the car I would not take on a restoration project.
Chances of you finishing one of these projects in one month is impossible. It will take at the very least one year, and that is if you have a boat load of time to sink in to it. If you ave one or two hours a night after you get home form work it’s just going to take a while.
